Wednesday: Lentil Coconut and Ham Hock Soup
Prep/Cook time: 3 hours - Slow cooking

Tips and Tricks: We certainly be cutting down the cooking time on this one by doing a little prep the night before.

Thursday: Pulled Chicken Taco

Tips and Tricks: You can use any kind of taco shell that suits you and your family - gluten free, standard or you could try Ari's cheese based ones.

Friday: Crispy Crumbed Chicken Drumsticks w Ginger Chilli Dressing

Serves: 4 - 5
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and Tricks: Use any cut of chicken for this dish.

Saturday: Roast Chicken w Green Herb Sauce
Prep/Cook time: 60 mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: Delish in a salad!

Sunday: Pearl Barley, Apricot, Grilled Pork Salad w Five Spice Vinaigrette 
Prep/Cook time: 60mins
Serves: 4-6
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and tricks: This salad is amazing and delicious with any kind of meat or even on its own!
