Monday: Brussel Sprout Salad w Hazelnuts, Parmesan and Pomegranate Molasses
Prep/Cook time: 40 mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is

Tips and tricks: Chargrilled Brussel Sprouts go down a treat in our household - we will be using a skillet for ours!

Tuesday: Crispy Prosciutto Sage Chicken
Prep/Cook time: 60 mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: You could add to your fav salad.
Tips and tricks: Bacon can be used instead of Prosciutto.

Wednesday: Fish Lentil and Witloof Salad w Saffron Orange Vinaigrette
Prep/Cook time: 50mins
Serves: 4

Tips and Tricks: If you cant get your hands on witloof you could substitute with radicchio or red cabbage.

Thursday: Braised Beef Cheeks w Creamy Polenta
Prep/Cook time: 2 hours
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and Tricks: Cook the beef the night before if possible to save you time on the night.

Friday: Honey Roast Kumara Salad w Crispy Prosciutto and Rocket
Prep/Cook time: 30 mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: Cold the next day with aioli.
Tips and Tricks: You can use bacon or chorizo in the salad, or go without for a nice meatless option too.

Saturday: Spicy Chicken Thighs w Honey and Cider Vinegar
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: In a wrap or with your fav salad.
