Tips and tricks: You can serve these with your favourite noodle or substitute.  We will be having ours with cauliflower rice!

Wednesday: Tasty Fish Tacos

Tips and Tricks: This dish is great served with hummus and home made veggie chips like parsnip and zucchini.

Friday: Cauliflower Fried Rice w Chicken
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 2
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and Tricks: This dish is great as a veggie option - great way to use up a whole heap of veggies too.  Plus you don't need to roast your chicken you could poach it and shred it.

Saturday: Speedy Bacon Wrapped Roast Chicken w Stuffing
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 4

Tips and Tricks: I use the crusts of my gluten free bread to make stuffing and bulk it up a little with almond meal.

Sunday: Confit Pork Belly with Spiced Black Doris Plum Sauce
Prep/Cook time: 12 hours for the Brine and 5 hours for roasting
Serves: 4 - 6
Lunch Leftovers: 
Tips and tricks: Serve with new potatoes and some blanched greens!
