Tips and tricks: If you cant get your hands on the different types of mushrooms, just use a handful of those that you can find.

Tuesday: Paleo Coconut Chicken
Prep/Cook time: 45mins

Lunch Leftovers: As is 
Tips and tricks: It maybe a bit tricky to get your hands on a juicy mango, so if not try using tinned.  But make sure you pick the one with the lowest amount of sugar.

Wednesday: Baked Crumb Fish
Prep/Cook time: 30 mins
Serves: 4

Thursday: Greek Zoodle Pasta Salad
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 4 - 6
Lunch Leftovers: As is

Friday: Delicious Southern Style Prawns
Prep/Cook time: 30mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is 
Tips and Tricks: If Polenta is not good for you, you could substitute with cauliflower rice.

Saturday: Chicken Meatballs w Pineapple Sauce
