For so long I've believed that to live a healthy life you have to do strenuous exercise, that you can eat what you like as long as you run it off. But that's not the case, thankfully.
My love for good food and obsession for recipe hunting has introduced me to a bunch of passionate foodies and a new way of thinking about food.
I've learnt that what you choose to put in you far outweighs how many burpees you need to do! And it doesn't have to be complex or expensive. Now, I'm keen to share my thoughts with those who want to eat well but find it tough.
