Prep/Cook time: 45mins the day before 30 mins on the night

Prep/Cook time: 60mins

Tips and Tricks: If you cant get your hands on cutlets, you can use any cut of Lamb.

Thursday: Beetroot Goats Cheese Risotto w Fennel & Orange Salad
Prep/Cook time: 1 hour 45 - START THE NIGHT BEFORE!

Friday: Salmon Nicoise
Prep/Cook time: 30mins

Saturday: Chicken and Bulgur Wheat Salad

Sunday: BBQ Beef Short Ribs
Prep/Cook time: 8 hours - these need to be started in the morning, but will be worth it!
