Bangerritos are back!!!!  We haven't had these little guys in a while and rumour has it they are bigger and better.  Roll on the Friday night meal.  Oh and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday meals are looking pretty good too.  Bon appetit.xx

Monday: Grilled Halloumi Fennel and Broad Bean Salsa
Prep/Cook time: 30mins

Tips and tricks: I always have Broad Beans in the freezer as they are a great addition to soooo many meals.

Tuesday: Ginger Soy Lamb Kebabs w Peanut Sauce
Prep/Cook time: Marinade overnight, 45 mins cook/prep time.
Serves: 4
Tips and tricks: These kebabs can be served with any of your favourite salad.

Wednesday: Wasabi Pea Crushed Salmon
Prep/Cook time: 30mins
Serves: 4

Thursday: Thai Green Vegetable Stir Fry
Prep/Cook time: 25mins
Serves: 3/4
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and Tricks: If you are wanting to add a little protein to this dish, I think it would be delicious with pan fried fish.

Friday: Bangerrito Buritos
Prep/Cook time: 20 - 30mins
Serves: 2
Lunch Leftovers: You will love them so much that I am  not sure that there will be any left overs.

Saturday: Indian Spiced Barbecue Chicken w Spinach, Mango and Avo Salsa
Prep/Cook time: 30 mins
Serves: 6 
Lunch Leftovers:As is 

Sunday: Crispy Skin Pork Belly w Parsnip and Swede Slaw
Prep/Cook time: 60 mins
Serves: 2
Tips and tricks: The recipe is easily adaptable if you would like to cater for additional people.
