Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: Add a few extra green veggies to bulk up the salad


Wednesday: Black Rice Salad with Mango and Peanuts
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 4-5
Lunch Leftovers: Serve Cold

Thursday: Quinoa Silverbeet and Two Cheese Tart

Friday: Greekstyle Sausage and Chickpea Salad
Prep/Cook time: 30mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is

Saturday: Tandoori Crusted Lamb Chops with Summer Mint Yoghurt Salad
Prep/Cook time: 60mins plus marinading time.
Serves: 4- 5
Lunch Leftovers: Shred the meat up and serve in a salad.

Sunday: Jaimes Beer Butt Chicken
Prep/Cook time: 2 hours
Serves: 4 - 6
