Wednesday: Sticky Ginger Honey & Chilli Drumsticks w Cucumber Salad
Prep/Cook time: Marinade over night, 60minutes cook/prep time
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: Cold as is.

Thursday: Shrimp Nectarine Salad
Prep/Cook time: 30-40 mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and Tricks: We often have a pack of frozen prawns in the freezer and they are great once they are patted down with the handy towel!

Friday: Corn Feta Basil Fritters with Tomato Red Onion Salsa
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves:  4
Lunch Leftovers: Just as they are.
Tips and Tricks: You can substitute the flour for a gluten free option too.

Saturday: Lettuce Cup Burgers with Veggie Chips
Prep/Cook time: 1 hour
Serves: 2
Lunch Leftovers: As is 

Sunday: Grilled Pork Tenderloin w Orange Marmalade Glaze

Prep/Cook time: 1 hour marinading, 30mins prep/cook time
Serves: 3-4
Lunch Leftovers: Serve over a salad.
Tips and tricks: You could marinade the night before to make things a little easier on you.
