Tips and Tricks: To bulk this one up a little you could add soft boiled eggs too!

Tuesday: Chicken Schnitzels w Wardolf Salad
Prep/Cook time: 30mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and tricks: If you want a Paleo crumb option you could use ground almond - delish!

Wednesday: Proper Scotch Eggs
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 8
Lunch Leftovers: I think Scotch Eggs are better the next day for lunch!

Tips and Tricks: Serve with a simple green salad. You can bake these too and we wont be using the recommended amount of oil either.

Thursday: Dairy and Grain Free Lasagne

Serves: 4-6
Lunch Leftovers: As is
Tips and Tricks: Kumara is also a really great thing to use as the pasta substitute.

Friday: Turbot Sliders
Prep/Cook time: 30 mins
Serves: 6
Lunch Leftovers: I bet there wont be any!

Saturday: Roast Chicken Breast

Sunday: Stuffed Roast Chicken
