Tips and Tricks:  Do not be worried about this recipe - it is really easy! Some of it you can even do the day before and if you want you can add a proscuitto on top.

Friday: Thai Red Chicken Curry
Prep/Cook time: 40mins
Serves:  4

Tips and Tricks: You could serve this with Quinoa instead of rice.

Saturday: Chicken Breast Wrapped w Bacon

Tips and Tricks: This recipe is so easy to increase to cater for more people.  We normally use 2 breasts for dinner and lunch for two.

Sunday: Roast Chicken w Rosemary, Lemon and Honey

Tips and tricks: You can serve this with any kind of salad or veggie.
