One of my all time childhood favs is Scotched Eggs I could have them every week! I love this Jaime Oliver recipe, its a bit of an upgrade from the trusty Edmonds cook book.  The banana loaf recipe is is so delicious - I hope it lasts the week in my house.  Bon Appetit.xx
