Meatless Monday: Asparagus Goat Cheese and Herb Frittata

Tuesday: Lamb, Peach and Feta Salad
Prep/Cook time: 30 mins
Serves: 4
Lunch Leftovers: As is 
Tips and tricks: Pan fry your favourite cut of Lamb and serve on top of salad.  We will be leaving the prosciutto out of the salad.

Wednesday: Panfried Fish w Warm Potato and Fennel Salad
Prep/Cook time: 45mina
Serves: 4 - 6
Lunch Leftovers: As is 

Thursday: Roast Chicken Bacon Meatloaf with Lemon Caper Sauce

Prep/Cook time: 60 mins
Serves: 4 - 6
Lunch Leftovers: I loooooove cold meatloaf for lunch.
Tips and Tricks: You can serve this with your favourite summer veggies or green salad.

Friday: Aromatic Poached Chicken Salad
Prep/Cook time: 45mins
Serves: 4 
Lunch Leftovers: As is 

Saturday: Spiced Chicken Skewers with Coconut Chutney
Prep/Cook time: 60mins
Serves:  4 - 6
Lunch Leftovers: I love the chicken and chutney whether it is in a salad or a wrap.
Tips and Tricks: The chutney can be kept beautifully in a jar in the fridge.

Sunday: Teriyaki Steak w Pickled Lettuce
Prep/Cook time: 60 mins
Serves: 4
